Airsky electric grippers allow you to better control the position of the gripper finger, detect grip, control the grip force and speed. Our goal is to integrate our Mechatronics actuators with the existing pneumatic configuration. This is particularly beneficial for applications with a high cycle time and many gripping processes, where electrically driven grippers have to use more energy, but are more cost-efficient than comparable pneumatic versions.
The LEHZJ electric gripper is constructed as an LEHZ with an added dust cover offering IP50 protection to the finger mechanism. This enhanced model is available in 4 sizes. The LEHZJ gripper body size has 10 mm, 16 mm, 20 mm, 25 mm. Equivalent to SMC LEHZJ gripper, with the same appearance.
The LEHZ gripper is the most common electric gripper, with the most sizes. The motor drives a slide screw coupled to a lever assembly. The levers open and close the fingers, which follow a linear guide for alignment and stability. The LEHZ electric gripper narrow fingers are 12 mm to 36 mm long, with several optional tool mounting arrangements. A flat finger option is also available. Equivalent to SMC LEHZ gripper, with the same appearance.
The LEHS electric gripper is equipped with three fingers, offering the ability to hold round work pieces. Four sizes are available: 10 mm, 20 mm, 32 mm, 40 mm. Benefits include adjustable gripping forces, a drop prevention function, and gauging capability for recognizing different dimensions and outputting length measurements. Equivalent to SMC LEHS gripper, with the same appearance.
The LEHF gripper uses a belt driven slide shaft to open and close the fingers. LEHF electric gripper Body sizes has 10 mm, 20 mm, 32 mm, 40 mm. The low profile, flat fingers follow a linear guide for alignment and stability. The body and drive construction permit much longer strokes than the LEHZ gripper, suitable for gripping larger items without excessive moment loading. Equivalent to SMC LEHF electric sripper, with the same appearance.
